Nothing much has happened. The plant seems to be frozen in time. I'm still hoping for some more buds, but it doesn't look like it at the moment.

Your soil is not good, refer to this list for your "Anzuchterde" https://www.grower.ch/forum/threads/ueberblick-erden-zusaetze-duenger.156065/ Other poeple had stunted growth with it.
