Easy to grow. Good yield. Medium to strong resistance. Neighbour-friendly smell. Bud aroma not great yet, but I really like the high - hits strong for the first 10min then lets you off the leash with a smooth, happy and relaxed glow. This was not the usual pheno though, hence hard to say more about the strain (more info below). For 15€per seed, I expect stable phenos not lottery!
The effect of Terra Flores was very obvious. Gave a nice boost to canopy and bud growth.
However, the BOOST Accelerator didn't do much in my opinion. Instructions on dosing and application are cryptic - I think one is supposed to spray it on leaves and buds, but not sure when, how much, how often. And you probably dont want to spray random stuff on the buds in the first place. Next time I will only use Terra Flores.
The harvest was a bit improvised. I pre-dried them outside under a sun screen (not choped yet) for 3 days at 30°C and 45% humidity. Then chopped only the buds and dried indoors for another 4d at 25°C and 62% humidity. Not ideal, they probably lost some terpenes. But no other way to do it at the time. Now they are curing at a stable 62% humidity. The grassy smell slowly disappears. Still, the aroma is not great. When I press the buds a mix of lime and pine is released but the ouside smells just like old, overdried herbs. It's my first time curing. So I dont know what to expect or if it will get better? Let's see.
Dry bud weight was 75g. We are only legally allowed 50g dry so I had to destroy a bit. Buds are medium sticky and slightly airy but good overall.
The strain was low maintenance and grew quite large. Only had to cut a couple spots (1x mildew, 1x bud rot). However, it was not purple as advertised. Checking back with Dutch Pasion, they are not aware of a non-purple pheno. I compared with pictures from its parents and it looks a lot like the Forbidden Fruit. I assume it got most of their genetics.
About 50% milky, 40% clear trichome heads. But in some minor spots, they are all dark brown/amber. Its supposed to be a Forbidden Cherry Automatic (Dutch Passion), but did not turn purple. I want it to be a bit more relaxing, indica-like. Week 11, outdoor balcony grow.
Hey mate,
ich checked your diary. Your atleast 3 weeks away from harvest. Your pistils will push another wave and buds will get way bigger, give her the time and you will get rewarded.
Your plant started to flower pretty late, so you can do nothing but wait. She needs atleast 8-9 weeks of flowering and seems like yours flowered around week 4-5.
Hope that helps you, you can also PN me if you want.
Happy Growing and dont stress it👌
Fan leaves are wilting and some younger leaves turn purple. Did I overdo it with fertilizer? Intend to harvest in 1-2 weeks. What do you think? What worries me is that a 2 week younger plant with same fertilizer scheme also starts to purple on the leaves - likely not senescence?
Since you are growing outdoors, the purple leaves are a natural process that happens due to cooler night temperatures.
You have nothing to worry about due to the purple leaves.
Senescence does not cause purple leaves, rather it will show as yellowing leaves.
The purple is absolutely due to cool night temps, nothing else.
I would say that you still have about 3 weeks to go, maybe even a bit longer.
Once the plant has 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone.
Week 13 now. Last, ppl agreed she needs 2 more. Yesterday, I checked trichomes again and found lots of amber. Also the smell is changing and weakening. From floral and citrus to roasted spices & pine. Need to put nose right next to the bud to smell it. Estimate still 2.5 week?
Cut her down, if you wait two weeks all that's s aber now is too ripe and dried out. Also the more amber, the less potency and you already got lots of amber.
Much success 🤞and
Happy Growing
@Seedler, Haha thanks! I certainly did not expect this outcome with the shitty weather we get. But then I just had a successful winter harvest with 4 weeks in frost and snow. This plant species keeps suprising!

@GermanGrow182, Top, danke!
