I kept the pot near a window throughout week one to protect the seedling from harsh conditions. In hindsight, I should have brought her outside sooner than I did since sunlight supply was limited.
For now, I only watered using a pump sprayer whenever the surface felt dry to the touch.
On day two, I panicked because she grew facing downward. I was so busy browsing the web, unsure of what to do that I forgot to take a photo that day.
Turns out the membrane was stuck and preventing the leaves from opening. A few drops of water and a few hours of recovery time solved this issue, as seen on day 3.
My seedling had a little bit of a rough start but that's fine. I still have much to learn, after all!
Hey, @gottagrowsometime. I use distilled water from our local hardware store which has a pH of 7. At the time, this was my only plant since I didn't have room for more (yet).
