Miss Gorilla Cookies recovered quickly from the accidental puppy attack that destroyed a few of her leaves last week.
She's slightly larger than her twin sister (Tropicana Cookies), which were germinated on the same day.
Another explosive growth week.
Started LST on her very robust side branches, spreading out her first 2 nodes from the bottom letting more light reach down into the inner canopy.
I'm expecting her to go into flower sometime this next week as her preflowers are looking ready to start producing anytime now.
Miss Gorilla Cookies shot up a good 6-7 verticle inches this past week, I'm hoping her side branches that I LST'd grow out longer to maximize light exposure and encourage them to become chunky.
Switched to bloom nutrients this week using granulated organic slow-release Gaia Green power bloom and top-dressed and watered it into the soil.
She was growing very tall, so I decided to top her earlier in the week and continue to spread out (lst) her lower section. She's in the perfect 🎄 tree shape with the very top having 2 heads. Very curious to see how her final form will affect the yield.
Incredibly, she's still stretching and developing new flower sites. The stretching is starting to really slow down and finally the bud sites are starting to swell bigger.
Miss Gorilla Cookies is developing some beautiful flowers although she has been slow to swell up her buds.
Keeping a sharp eye on her feeding to regular watering demands due to her longer flowering time.
Patiently waiting for the home run!
Little bit of light burn on the very top 2 heads, not too worried about it tho. She's getting really frosty and fattening up nicely finally. Will update after spreading her lower branches out a bit more to make sure light is hitting as many budding sites as possible.
She's definitely taking her sweet minty time. She smells like thin mint gsc. Still swelling at a slow pace but that's OK, her buds are looking beautiful and 👌
Her fade is real, she's finally finishing up her bloom cycle, showing it by the intense fading of her leaves. I will be paying attention to darker colored pistils and amber colored trichomes over the next few weeks 🙌
