This is a first experience with autos, they get down to business, fast. I'm pretty sure I am seeing pistils already, not sure how I feel about that with only growing photos this whole time lol
Not much to say, continuing to grow, just trimmed a bit of undergrowth so they look a little droopy. New bud sites are clearly visible and pistils have become numerous. I am still not comfortable with autos growing that fast, but that's just me I guess. Not used to seeing cannabis grow THIS fast.
Stretched quite a bit in last week, I hope they are done else I'm going to run out of room overhead. Next grow I will top plants to prevent now that I have started to become familiar with the autoflowers.
Plants doing just fine, starting to smell real nice and strong(sweetness in the aroma). That tall one is a bit behind the others on flowers, but it's coming along. Nothing different was done to it, it just grew that way 😁
The 2 short ones finished before the big one as I thought was going to happen, Brought them out of tent onto my crafting desk before cutting, gave that big girl in the tent some breathing room finally. 1-2 weeks on big one to go, maybe...Just keeping an eye on it with my jewelers loupe. Lovely pine/citrus smells! 8/12/2024- I learned something new. Being somewhat of a novice only growing my own for a few years, I didn't know what foxtails are nor experienced them. We had a hell of a heatwave ontop of this one plant reaching the bottom of the lights at top of tent the prior week and noticible "spires" formed. Further learning led me to look at the older growth for harvest time. I guess there is always room for knowledge and improvement 😀
