Nyu1337 A new attempt. I've already learned a lot from my first grow and I'm trying to do everything better this time.
The setup looks like this:
2 seeds from Sensi Seeds - Sticky Orange XXL Automatic. I've had good experiences with it. The plant seems very robust.
Both seeds were planted directly in Biobizz Light-Mix soil and are in 12-liter fabric pots. At the beginning, I covered them with a cup until they germinated.
At the planting site, I mixed in some seedling soil with mycorrhizal fungi. The start needs to be as smooth as possible!
That's my first lesson I've learned. Bad weather in the first 2 weeks won't be caught up by the automatics. So I'm planning to keep them indoors under the lamp for the first two weeks, then they'll go out on the balcony (by then the others will be harvested).
A lot of LST is planned. Fertilizer will be growth and bloom from the COMPO Grow line.

Nyu1337 Both seeds have successfully germinated. The first two weeks, the two will stay under my Sansi 10W lamp.
I notice that the lamp is actually only enough for one plant, so I'm trying to manage lighting both plants with it. This is currently working only because I've topped both plants at the edge to have enough space for LST. I really like the compact LST growth from my other grow.
I've decided to use the lamp for just one plant and put the other one outside right away. This way, I'll also have a good comparison of how much benefit there is from starting under the lamp.

Nyu1337 Week 2 starts without any problems. You can already see the difference between the plant under the lamp and the one on the balcony.
To make things worse, the balcony doesn't get full sun all day, only in the morning until the afternoon, and in the evening it's in the shade. I didn't think the difference would be that big.
Both plants are growing well so far.
The plant under the lamp has developed really well. I immediately started the first LST, watered the pot heavily, and also fertilized for the first time. I thought that after the LST, the fertilizer would do it some good.
The plant on the balcony isn't there yet. It's definitely lost about 4 days in these 2 weeks.

Nyu1337 We're entering the third week of growth. Both plants are now on the balcony. I've already started LST with the bigger one.
I've stopped with the LST again. From the previous grow, I have a good comparison. I felt like I had more problems with aphids on the LST plant. On my balcony, I even feel like the plant gets more light without LST, since it doesn't come straight down from above. Learned something again, LST isn't worth it outside.

Nyu1337 Changeable weather. Partly plenty of sun with high temperatures, then also some rainy days again. Both plants are showing the first signs of pre-flowering.
Starting them under the lamp has paid off, the distance between the two is quite noticeable.
