She's growing strong in her first week. I think she'll be ready for topping in her second week. I'm keeping the humidity high to compensate for the high temperature during this sensitive seedling phase. To give her the best start and prepare her for topping, I'm also balancing her water acidity to about 6.5.
She was growing so well I felt confidant topping her even before the third week, She barely blinked, then I accidentally broke a main branch, effectively destroying 25% of my plant. Such a shame. I was hoping this will be a great grow. It'll effect the yield for sure, but I think she's still going to be big. She's drinking a liter every second or third day, with very little nutrients. In week three I will start proper feeding and include cal-mag from the beginning.
She's doing great despite losing a whole branch. I feel growth slowed down a bit but I may be just paranoid. Soon she'll start her stretch. I hope she is tolerant to heat because I can't keep temperature below 30C.
Adjusted her LST several times this week and the branches are in final position. She would start stretching soon. She's showing some calcium issues and my last plant almost didn't make it, so I gave her a decent dose cal-mag.
She's big! Only starting to show signs of flowering now at the end of her fourth week. She looks very healthy. She started her stretch and I hope she doesn't go too far.
Now flowering in week 5. She's doing really well. Almost forgot she lost a main branch. She's almost filled the 60c60 tent. I hope she's done stretching because she's almost out of room. Really looking forward to tasting her.
Moved her into a new 80x80x160 tent two days ago and the 20 extra cm in height were necessary to accommodate the stretch. Her light has also been upgraded to 150 cm. I'm happy with the density of the bud sites and expecting a good yield.
Moved her to new 80x80 tent where she has a lot more space to spread. She's showing signs of potassium deficiency and they are accelerating. I increased her nutrients despite signs of burnt tips on the top leaves. I am confident it is not lock-out. She seems to be a guzzler.
Still going well. She's getting a full dose nutrients now. Was not sure if she was suffering from potassium deficiency or burn, but now I'm confident it is a deficiency so I upped her feed. Hopefully this will slow down the shedding of leaves. She has 4 to 6 weeks left in flower so too early for total fade.
She has 4-5 weeks left on the schedule but looks rather mature. The buds are fattening up and one small stem is already struggling. I hope I don't regret not netting her.
I said weekly timelapse videos but honestly the camera is very unstable and every time I stop it, it takes five or six times before it stops crashing.
There isn't much development with the plant. I think she's foxtailing.
One week left. I took the largest cola and the smaller branches early. I will cut down the plant in a few days and leave her to dry. She's my best grow yet and I'm expecting my first 100g harvest.
Final week. The branches can barely hold the buds anymore. She's completely faded now. I've seen frostier colas but this one is still rather rich. I can't wait to taste her.
They dried in about 7 days in a rather dry environment. The early branches I took were about 30 g so this really yielded 180 g, exceptionally good performance for an auto that went through nutrient deficiency just as she started flowering. Overall I am glad. I found a few seeds in the buds. I never saw any sign of hermaphroditism. Immaculate conception or maybe random pollen?
