Fast Buds LSD 25

TheUndercoverGrower My second attempt at an autoflower grow, this time I'm going with FastBuds LSD 25 and after seeing a few other grows on here I'm hoping for that lovely purple colouring to come through. Not much to say at the end of week 1 really. The 3 seeds germinated no problem and have gone straight in to their final pot which is a 9.5l airpot. I know this may be a little small but I'm just trying things out, I mainly grow photoperiod so the autos are just a little fun on the side. Starting under a 125w CFL as I think my last auto struggled a bit going straight under a 300w led. Thanks for stopping by, I'll keep you updated.

TheUndercoverGrower Week 2 and I've added a 300w LED along with the 125w CFL. Also started a low strength feeding and raised the temp in the tent as it was dropping too low at night. Some proper leaves there now and expecting rapid growth from now on.

TheUndercoverGrower Week 3 and they seem to of gone in to over drive which I'm very pleased about. Change of tent this week in to a 1.2m with my other plants, directly under a 300w LED but there's a 600w MH running in there as well these are to the far edge of its footprint. Upped the remo nutrients slightly this week and they are responding very well, lst will start this week.

TheUndercoverGrower Growth seems to have slowed slightly this week, don't think they loved the LST to be honest. It's picking up again now though towards the end of the week. I've had to move them to another tent as the main tent was full to capacity! There now in a 1mx1m tent under a 400w dual spectrum hps (will get turned up to 600w next week) and a 300w viparspectra led. Upped the feed a bit and carried on LST. That's all there is to report this week.

TheUndercoverGrower Have been away to Amsterdam this week so couldn't keep a close eye on the girls and they have suffered for it slightly but getting back on track now. Can't work out if I have a deficiency coming on or if the person looking after them got water over the leaves while lights were on, one of the effecrwd leaves is pictured above. Will put it up as a grow question. Just started early stages of flowering and looking very bushy with a few good tops due to the LST that should develop nicely, will turn the bulb up from 400w to 600w soon.

TheUndercoverGrower This week has been spent trying to sort out last week's issues with the marked leaves. Have all 3 plants a good flush put and water only for a couple of days and now just lower strength feeding. Due to hygrometer dying I've not been monitoring humidity levels it have it up and running again now and humidity has been as low as 35% at times, far too low even for in flower, can't be good for general plant health so am sorting that this week. 2 of the 3 plants are developing lovely purple buds which I'm happy about, nice to have some different colours in the stash. Hopefully everything gets back in track this week.

TheUndercoverGrower OK so this week has been about sorting out the issues of last week, I've cut right back on the feed and will proceed at half strength for the rest of the grow. Rusty spots and dry leaves seemed to have pretty much stopped now and haven't spread any further. 1 of the plants is slightly yellow and I think she needs just a touch of N so will include a low dose of that a couple of times this week. I've raised the humidity up to about 45% as it was far too low last week. There's about 3 weeks left of this grow and the plants are still pretty small but may bulk up over the next few weeks. Learning plenty of lessons this grow when it comes to autos.

TheUndercoverGrower Upped the nutrients this week particularly the CalMag as I'm positive I have a magnesium deficiency (pale leaf with rusty spots) I have about 3 weeks left on this grow but haven't got high hopes when it comes to yield which is a shame as the colours are beautiful on 2 of them. Lots of lessons learnt though.

TheUndercoverGrower End of her last week of flowering, flush has now began ready for harvest next week. I don't think she's going to be a big yielder unfortunately they are showing some beautiful colours though which is nice to see.

TheUndercoverGrower Finally week of flushing is under way. Not much to say this week. All 3 plants are yellowing off nicely, will be harvested soon, haven't got high hopes for the yield but that's my fault.

TheUndercoverGrower Extremely disappointed with the LSD 25, an very temprimental grow from start to finish. Edit- I have changed my mark as I think I was a little harsh, I'm pretty new to autos and feel like a lot of the issues were my fault. Pot was too small, believe I initially over fed then went too far the other way and under fed! Loads of lessons learnt. Final dry weight was 74g for 3 plants, my worst ever harvest but as I said I believe this is mostly my own fault, have just popped a fast buds stardawg and am hoping for a much better result.
