[Day#15] Transplanted into 3 gallon fabric pots. -> The grow tent had no space for the littlest guy to continue to harvest so RIP. The roots had barely escaped the rooting pod. -> I'm surprised that #1 didnt have the most voluminous root structure seeing as she is the tallest and most advanced. She was overwatered at one stage so it may be due to that. -> Nervous to see how they adapt to their new homes. Only gave half what they've been drinking lately and spread it around once they were transplanted. -> Some crisping and curling of the lower set of real leaves on a few of them so I may need to worry about a mobile nutrient deficiency/excess. How are they looking for this stage? I'm considering them in actual vegetative stage from here on. Once I'm sure the transplant hasn't shocked them excessively I'll start on lst. I saw a diary where someone used stationary clips to the fabric pots and that seems like it would work for me. Now to track them down somewhere! [Day#16] Just watered 100ml premixed nutrient solution on each. Didnt have much time due to new years festivities. [Day#17] Looking abit dry so gave them 200ml of the solution each. Might need to up it further. I'm afraid to fully saturate the bigger pots as I've no drainage system under them at the moment. [Day#18] Upped the watering to 300ml. Sprayed the leaves and underneath as a few red spider mites seen. Lst training started. [Day#19] Upped the watering to 400ml as they were dry within 24hrs. Using a pyrethrins based spray to kill the red spider mites. Blasted them twice today. No sign of movement under the microscope so far. Added in some piranha @ 2ml a litre aswell to the feeding. I'm hoping it helps spur some root growth in the bigger pots. I'll be running it for the next week or so. [Day#20] Reduced watering to 300ml. [Day#21] Some red spider mites returning. Couple of mature ones visible on leaves, particularly #2. Misting with nutrient solution and physically removing them. No major colonies under leaves but I've read that they multiply quickly. 200ml watering given. Some Nitrogen burn noticed on #4 so only pHd water given. I need to do a proper flush as I havent watered to run off since transplanting into the fabric pots.

You’re going to have a blast growing. It’s the best hobby I’ve ever picked up. What I wanted to tell you is maybe hold off on trying to support your seedling or mess with them right away. When they are this small they can be delicate. I know it can be hard to resist tending to your babies, but nature has a way of sorting things out. If you’re seeing a lot of stretch maybe check out the light distance. Anyway, good luck with the grow and I’ll be following along. Mugatu out

@FoxyLoxy, Thanks. I'll have to check out your grows for a few tips when I get a chance. Trying to absorb as much info as possible!

I wholeheartedly agree with the overwatering comment. But judging from the colour of those rooters, if they are clonex rooters, I would spray them and up the humidity in the dome to 80-90% at this point (keep it close - but air them a few times a day). The top looks too dry (lightbrown). Are these rooters the same colour as when they were moist but not wet ?

@goarilla, They're Root!t rooting sponges. They were a bit dry today so just dropped about 6ml on each one around the stalk. The guideline water level on the sponges was that you'd see the liquid if you pinch them gently. Tiny beginnings of the real leaves starting to appear but only about 1mm so far. Fingers crossed.

I’m on my third and I think final grow of blue mystic. I enjoy the smoke but I’m not getting a great yeild. I started with only one seed so it could just be a fluke. But like i said even with low yeild the end result is worth it. Welcome to a rewarding hobby.

Good luck on the grow man. My first blue mystic was a finicky girl. Constant signs of calcium deficiency. I had to make sure my ph drifted around a bit or she got sick. The funny thing is the clones I took off her I’ve had no issues with.

Congratulations on your first grow and welcome to Grow diaries! 😎 Like @valhallaGarden mentioned be careful not to over water, that's the easiest mistake a new grower can make! Feel free to ask us whatever you want we are he to help.
