Cinderella - 1 gallon, limited space and light, no fuss grow
Germinated and extended tap root within 36 hours. Went into soil mix on the 27th and poked her head out on the 29th.
This will be a low effort grow. She will veg under a 36W Sansi lamp and during flower she will get light from a 100W board + support from the same Sansi bulb as she's off to the side of the tent.
I'm not going for yield here. Just curious what I can get from a 4 liter (1 gallon) pot. According to her listing, her most frequently reported effect is "giggly" and I look forward to testing that.
Growing well and fast. She's smaller than the Strawberry Gorilla next to her despite getting the same light and water, but very strong. I look forward to seeing what she yields in this small pot.
Now in her second week. She's growing well. Seems to be drinking a lot or I forgot to adjust for evaporation from the small fabric pot. She went dry a bit but I don't think it affected her much (never to the extent of drooping leaves).
I said "no fuss" but I couldn't help clipping the two top fan leaves shading the nodes below. Later in the week I clipped the bottom leaves that were too close to the soil. She's drinking a liter every day and that's her medium's max saturation. I think into flower she will need several feedings per day. Oh, and clearly she's flowering.
She's small. This is my first grow in an undersized pot and my first grow of this strain so I have no reference if this is normal or not. I've seen bigger plants in smaller solo cups so I know she could be better. Obviously the light is playing a major factor here too.
She's growing well. If I choose to do another mini I will choose a plastic pot instead. The fabric is drying too quickly. I don't know what to expect as she's limited by both light and root space. The main cola will likely be very decent.
She's doing really well. The main cola is developing many bud sites. The side branches, not so much but that is to be expected. I'm sure the extra light in the tent is contributing to her development greatly.
25 grams dry weight. Could've kept her a week more for a few extra grams. The next 36W grow will be trained. I may also use plastic pots in the future for better moisture retention. This grow just proved that it is viable. I will be doing more runs at this scale.
