Living Soil PriZmatic

Terp_Djiny The little PriZmatic is now in her new home. 100L living soil. Now the little one can really spread out.

Terp_Djiny The little one is clearly feeling at home in her new place. She's still being watered by hand for now, but the soil moisture is kept in the range of 60-80 mbar.

Terp_Djiny The plant has really made a nice growth spurt this week. By the end of the week, I also topped the plant and cut off the first shoots from the bottom. The compost tea is brewing in the basement and will be watered tomorrow to kick off the new week.

Terp_Djiny A lot has happened this week. At the start of the week, I gave the plant a compost tea as always with 100g of California Red Wiggler humus & 100g of Almicanna Vegi compost tea. As you can see in the photos, I set up the first LST ropes on Monday to give the shoots a rough direction. After that, the plant practically exploded over the course of the week. On Sunday, I set up the second round of ropes to force the plant to spread even more.

Terp_Djiny The plant has developed well throughout the week. I cut out a few shoots and fan leaves. By the end of the week, I trimmed the cover crop; incorporated Kickflip, malted barley, the CalMagic kit, and IMO4, and then laid the cover crop back down as a mulch layer. Once I’ve watered in the Epsom salt, I will add some hemp mulch on top.

Terp_Djiny The plant has literally exploded. By the weekend, I set up a SCROG net to weave the stretch into it if necessary. Otherwise, I've already turned on the bloom LED of the lamp and switched to 12/12 today.

Terp_Djiny The plant has stretched a bit in its first week of flowering. I thinned it out at the bottom and only removed a few leaves at the top for now. Now it's time to let it grow some more.

Terp_Djiny The plants have really stretched again. I've now hung the lamp at its maximum height and hope that's enough. The soil moisture is at 90-110 mbar and stays nicely within range with the watering system.

Terp_Djiny I really hope the stretch is finally over. I can't hang the light any higher, but I've raised the whole tent, except for the floor tray, by about 25cm. The stretch was quite massive. In the meantime, I've done a good job of thinning out the lower part and also removed a few fan leaves from the top.

Terp_Djiny The plant is developing wonderfully. The flower clusters are producing more and more pistils, and the trichomes are already sprouting on the sugar leaves. Tomorrow, in the new week, I wanted to brew a compost tea.

Terp_Djiny The week went excellently, the buds are growing beautifully and trichomes are sprouting everywhere on the buds, sugar leaves, and fan leaves. So far, the plant seems more than happy.

Terp_Djiny This week I hardly did anything, just regularly topped up the water in the tank and checked the soil moisture every now and then. The flower drip system is working flawlessly this time. The buds keep growing and trichomes are popping up everywhere..

Terp_Djiny The little hairs are slowly turning brown from the bottom up. Funny, I hadn't thought of it this way before. Well, I guess from now on I'll be checking the trichomes more often, and the harvest is getting closer.

Terp_Djiny The plant has developed beautifully. This time, I saw for the first time how the pistils change color from the bottom to the top. The scent in the air is amazing.

Terp_Djiny The week was quite short since the plant's trichomes were mostly milky. Accordingly, I waited until I couldn't find any clear trichome heads anymore. After that, I freed the plant from the sun sails and hung the branches up to dry.
