2 Purple Lemonade Auto's and 1 Gelato Auto / Plagron
Hello and welcome to my very first report! If you have any suggestions or see anything that could be improved, please let me know. I'm open to all kinds of discussions!
I placed the seeds in a glass of filtered water with a pH of 6.5. It took about a week for them to finally germinate.
I’ve filled the 11 liter pot with a mixture of Plagron Batmix and Plagron Lightmix. The pot is approximately 80% Batmix, with a small hole carved out to fill the remaining 20% with Lightmix. Additionally, I’ve added some Mycorrhizal to enhance root development.
Unfortunately, I don't have pictures from the first two weeks, but I won't leave you missing out on the rest of the grow.
As soon as the seedlings emerged from the soil, they grew quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't measure their height or gather some other important information. However, in the coming weeks, I plan to professionalize every aspect of creating a grow diary.
At this point I didn't have a humidifier, and since the humidity outside is currently very low, I definitely need one. As a result, the humidity is not optimal at this point, but I plan to improve it by the end of the second week.
Thanks to the Batmix though, I shouldn't have to fertilize for about 6 weeks.
I finally got my humidifier, although it's hard to control. The first level boosts the humidity up to 65%, while the second level raises it to 90%. For now, I'll have to live with the 65% setting until I figure out other ways to control it.
They're developing pretty well and are in fantastic shape and health. I'm sad I haven't taken pictures from the beginning, but from now on, I'll document every single detail.
In week 3, I finally got a pH meter and discovered that the tap water had a pH of 7.0. Using a drinking water filter, I was able to lower the pH to 6.5, which is ideal for the first few weeks.
Additionally, I got a CO2 dispenser, which slightly increases the CO2 levels. I should also get a device to measure CO2, PPFD, VPD, to be able to have complete control.
@TexasHunter, my brain was like, money shot before flower xD ty for teaching me 😊 my LED is also able to get on medic levels with CO2 but lol this is far away from my horizion, maybe in 1 Year when i got some more practice i general. Im just aiming to learn how to reach 0.8 to 1.2g per Watt in Bio Soil+Fert* with Autos, then fast strains then regular/fems and then. Next medium and new tactics and so on xD sonexiting to explore this culture. Happy
@@SickNature420GER, You're absolutely right CO2 supplementation becomes crucial when you're exceeding 1000 PPFD but CO2 not only enables plants to absorb more light but also accelerates nutrient uptake leading to faster growth even with a small increase in CO2 you can expect your plants to grow more quickly. If you have any more thoughts or improvements please let me know :)
Depending on the model of humidifier you could try a dimmer cable to lower the voltage of output or a time clock can help keep lower levels, i just got one around 60€ It is automatic observing and acting
