So.. this week we switched to a bloom nutrients.
i fed her twice: on 15th it was veg mix(1l), and on 20th it was bloom mix (2l)
The whole week I was applying LST with net, garden wire and plastic clips.
Also i was trying to defoliate her gently removing only small amount of leaves at a time
starting with 1-2 and about 6-8 at the end of the week.
next time i think i would try to apply these techniques on the different weeks to reduce the stress.
She was enjoying VPD somewhere between 0.8-1.4.
And probably my worst mistake - I tried to increase the light again...
this time to about 1000 ppm and 60DLI.
I thought that since I'm supplying her with extra CO2 with my DIY CO2 generator, she can handle more light.
it might happen that generator wasn't producing enough gas or the light was too high even with added CO2 😕
I don't have a CO2 meter so I cant be sure.
I also have noticed some browning on the tips of the bud sites. I'm not sure what it might be.
Research is required.
Any way we end up with a stressed plant. Which you'll be able to fully observe in the beginning of the next week.
Thank you for the detailed update. It sounds like you’ve been diligently troubleshooting the issue. Nutrient deficiency and lighting intensity are both common culprits for stunted growth.
It's good to hear that your plant responded positively to the adjusted light levels. Keep monitoring her response to the nutrient feed and the lighting adjustments. Sometimes, it takes a bit of tweaking to get everything just right. If you need any more advice or support, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help! 🌱
