This week i continued to apply lst.
I had raised the net and tucked the highest ones under.
And i have to confess: I did lST every day little by little tucking and adjusting the colas to spread the as even as possible while Albertina the 1st is still flexible. (Im still not sure how does that affect the final yields though, i guess we will find out soon)
Meanwhile the main stem almost completely stopped its expansion, which is a sign of the fact that we're fully into flower, i guess...
I'm still trying to play with the lights. I read somewhere that 60 DLI might be a good idea.
So i dimmed the lights. And, quite obviously, Albertina didn't react well. It did overlapped with the outside temps peaking at 30 degrees.
Well... now DLI is back to 40~45 which she obviously enjoys.
I was also defoliating Alby bit by bit, starting with 2-3 huge fan leaves, raising this number every day.
This time I tried to feed her with 3L of water at once mixed with early flower nutes .
Which was stupid because she went droopy immediately. In 3-4 hours time she completely recovered though.
Next time its going to be 2L.
Thank you for the detailed update. It sounds like you’ve been diligently troubleshooting the issue. Nutrient deficiency and lighting intensity are both common culprits for stunted growth.
It's good to hear that your plant responded positively to the adjusted light levels. Keep monitoring her response to the nutrient feed and the lighting adjustments. Sometimes, it takes a bit of tweaking to get everything just right. If you need any more advice or support, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help! 🌱
