Tag 10, Beginn LST mit anwinkeln, Stamm dabei sehr gefühlvoll massiert bevor es zur Sache ging .🤣😚
Zur Belohnung gabs danach noch ein Schlückchen auf 6.0 angepasstes Leitungswasser mit CalMag.
