Germinated these and left them in substrate, I was on vacation when they sprouted and had my mom watch them while I was gone. Two of them germinated with the seed still on the top, I told her to wet them and take them off. She didn’t feel comfortable, once I came back I peeled the seeds off the tops and tried my best to nurse them back to life. So far they are behind on growth but I think we can nurse them back to life.
Day 8 still look a little skimpy, transplanted them into 3 gal fabric pots using fox farms ocean forest with 20% perlite added for better drainage. Will start feeding once they reach the 3rd node this is when I’ll also top them. Watering using tap water aerated for 24hrs PH down to 6.4
Day 10 plants still recovering. Watered once with PH 6.4 water around 1gallon each 3gal fabric pot. Still not looking the best but we are good for now!
Day 13 9/1/24 these girls aren’t looking good. I’m hoping they will show me something in the next couple of days. I might have to pull these and start a new grow. Might need watered in a day or 2. Checked soil and was moist, last watering was 3days ago. Humidity 60% temps around 70F-79F. Light around 18” away, 250ppfd light.
