I am sure you have probably figured it out by now... but this plant was stunted by a clear and obvious very high Nitrogen toxicity showing strongly from week two onwards, especially in week three and four. This plant was essentially poisoned by you, and that is why it was so small, weak, and unhealthy, with a poor yield. Autoflowers generally require less nutrients than photoperiod.
