MinorMonster Today she is exactly 31 days old, I think I see the first signs of flowering. Next watering will be with Hesi Boost and Bloom Complex 👍 Keep your fingers crossed for me, and yes, I know you’re not supposed to do all this with autoflowers. Look forward to the lollipopping in the flowering stage 😂 Happy growing 🥦😎

MinorMonster Tag 35, beginning of week 6, flowering day 4. Stressica is right on schedule and despite the stress, she's a girl 😄 (Picture 4). Today I defoliated the bottom layer (one last time, chill). The heatwave is over (hopefully), so I can slowly lower the rH and temperature over the week. By Thursday, she'll get another 2ml Boost from Hesi, then for now just flowering complex, with water amount increased to 2l/2d. I had to hang the lamp a bit lower and dim it due to the temperature, I hope it stays cooler now.

MinorMonster Tag 42. Stressica is really stretching, 20cm in 7 days, finally it's getting a bit airier in the middle. Some small leaves had to give way inside in the last 3 days, but it didn't go through as defoliation. She's thirsty too, I'm pouring in 4l every two/three days.

MinorMonster Tag 49, Stretch seems to be slowly finishing up. Temperature slightly increased to lower the humidity. Watering amount reduced to 3l/48h, currently only using Bloom Complex from Hesi, starting Thursday (flowering week 3) Boost, Phosphorus Plus, and Bloom Complex until the end. I'm quite satisfied so far, what do you think?

Hi everyone. Recently i found two or three leafes changing colours and looking bad. I would be happy to hear your suggestions, what deficiancy is that? Its only on the leafes at the bottom of the plant. Thanks in advance Sorry for my english, deutsch geht auch

Hey Minor Monster. This looks like a magnesium deficiency to me, and it happens quickly under LED during flowering. Often it comes with calcium deficiency if you discover rusty spots on the upper leaves. It could also be related to the pH level; both are absorbed most efficiently at the upper end depending on the medium (soil pH: 7, hydro pH 6.0-6.2). The reason it's a common phenomenon under LED light is the leaf temperature = less transpiration; the transport from roots to tips is a big effort for the plants. Magnesium is a mobile nutrient, which is why the deficiency symptoms show up first on the large leaves at the bottom of the plant, which mainly serve as nutrient depots. Calcium is not mobile; it goes directly from the roots to the meristem and cannot be transported from the leaves up to where it's needed. Both are essential building blocks that the plants need primarily for cell formation, which is why it shows up most in the stretch during the first weeks of flowering when the plants are growing vigorously. The first signs of a deficiency are weak leaves and purple stripes on the stems. If there's an imbalance due to too much potassium, it can also occur; both need each other for absorption, and if one is too much or too little, it can lead to problems. So it's best to always fertilize with a balanced nutrient solution. Although almost all growers work with LED today, calmag is never part of the feeding schedules. Calmag is most commonly available as a combined preparation as an additive; I would recommend one with a high nitrogen content, I personally like Sensi calmag quite a bit. I don't know how far along your buds are, but deficiencies can be corrected most quickly with a foliar feed, EC depending on the plant stage 0.3-0.7 pH 6.0-6.3. I personally don't do that anymore at the first flower sites, but there are some who continue foliar feeding until weeks 3-4 of flowering. Otherwise, incorporate it into your feeding schedule, but it always takes a bit longer to address a deficiency through the roots.

MinorMonster Tag 56, a significant CAL/MAG deficiency has developed. Thanks to FogponicCult for the detailed answer to my question 🙏 I hope this can still be saved; otherwise, I've learned something for the next grow (the light is extremely powerful). Happy growing 🥦❤️

MinorMonster Tag 63 and Stressica are ready to finish. Although plenty of foliage has fallen victim to the CAL/MAG problem, the buds have developed well. I hope she can hold on a bit longer. I now have a pH, EC, and PPM meter; the drain was quite acidic, so for now, just water and CalMag.

MinorMonster Tag 70. Incredible how fast she is. From now on, just water until harvest, the colors say it all 👍 I was able to lower the humidity a bit during the day, temperature can be adjusted well, preparations for the harvest are in place. 🥦❤️

MinorMonster The dumbest farmers have the biggest potatoes. I don't have the biggest buds, but I have plenty 😄 129g of buds and 22g of popcorn. I'm excited for the curing, the smell is already tempting. The effect takes a moment, it's head-heavy at first and then after about 30 minutes it becomes relaxed and body-heavy.
