Whorled Phyllotaxy genetic trait on the Reach Around. Curious to see what happens. Running this grow at true 12/12 from seed. See how it goes compared to the Bubba Skunk Breath, both bred by my buddy.
Running these two at 12/12 from seed lighting. Being reg, I don't want to use up unnecessary resources growing potential males. Plus I was going to on the last testers and waited 3 weeks. Doing a true 12/12 from seed this time around.
Whorled Phyllotaxy for the Reach Around 3 cotyledons)! Never grown a plant with this mutation before. Very curious to see how this one grows.
Figured growth would be slow but after growing autos for a couple runs, the progress is killing me. It'll be worth it I'm sure but not seeing normal results. Additionally l, since these are tester seeds, I really hope they're females. Especially the trifoliate Reach Around. Bubba Skunk Breath is starting to grow a bit now.
Reach Around turned out to be male so had to cull that one. The Bubba Skunk Breath is a fem though so we're on our way! 1st time doing 12/12 from seed and I'm a 1 gal pot nonetheless. She's looking perfect and has been preflowering about 5 days or so. Stretch is starting as well I believe.
Starting week 6 from seed and from the looks of the plant we are about 3 weeks into flower. Decide to add mono potassium phosphate to my lineup. Started it during flower on another grow and have been very happy with it
Just finished week 7 of veg. Definitely a gas/diesel terp with a bit of sweet skunk. Purple and orange harvest colors starting to come in. Starting Finish for 7-10 days then flush til harvest.
Sweet and skunky! Slight harshness but that's after no curing. Rock hard, kiwi sized colas with gold ball sized nugs everywhere else. 2oz ain't bad off 1, 12/12 plant!
@ibbzy, I've enjoyed it! I've got Dems and autos but didn't want to waste time on these regs. Good thing considering reach around was a male. But yeah, I got 2 oz off this gal! Definitely give 12/12 a try!
