Hey brother, if you want some unasked advice from me: That cotton pad is too wet, that's probably why your first two seeds failed. Spray each side twice or three times with a spray bottle, and you're gucci, also there is no need for h2o2 in my opinion, as long as the humidity of the cotton pads is good. It's weed seeds, after all! (also the soil is looking kinda wet, be careful you have enough circulation with that otherwise you maybe get mold).
