Alpinefarmer They were clones made from a selected Mimosa Orange Punch last winter, chosen for its exceptional yield, a great calyx/leaf ratio that makes it easy to clean, very beautiful buds that turn purple at the end of flowering and are covered with a nice layer of resin. Its acidic and citrusy scent is very unique, and it comes through in the mouth with an intense smoke that doesn't get tiring.
31.07 in rock wool hydrated with a solution with PH=5.5 and an EC=1.9 without any hormones or rooting agents.
14.08 1st transplant into 10x10x7.5 cubes saturated with PH=5.8 and an EC=1.6 - Height of the clones 10-12cm - lighting 24/24
23.08 2nd transplant onto final Slab with a planting density of 40 between the rows and 35 cm along the rows - lighting 24/0
27.08 change cycle and start of flowering - Height of the clones 22-28cm - lighting 12/12
12.09 Until today, only REMO products have been used, and today I start integrating AN products, starting with Bud Factor X.
18.09 Today I start integrating other AN products, continuing with Sweet Terpenes and Bud Candy - I stopped measuring the height, but I think we are around 90 cm now. The plants have just started to bulk up the buds; they still have little scent.
23.09 Today is the first day I opened the room, and a great citrus fragrance was noticeable. The calyxes are starting to multiply exponentially; now the fun begins. No plant shows deficiencies or excesses in fertilization. If all goes well, next week I will try to bring the EC value to 2.6.
P.S. The clones, even with only 7-9 days since transplant, would have covered everything, since this time I transplanted from 10x10x7.7 onto the Slab, I decided to give them 14 days to form a nice root system ready to support and nourish the big buds that will come, optimizing the yield.

Alpinefarmer Hey everyone, it's been another 7 days and everything has gone normally. I've kept the pH consistently at 5.8, making sure to maintain temperature and humidity to stay within the optimal range for the plants' transpiration and ensuring there's always plenty of oxygen available to the roots in the tank.
Every 2 days, I add 1 ml/l of H2O2 directly into the nutrient solution tank.
Two days ago, I changed the tank, one day with just water, and then I adjusted the fertilization doses a bit. I also added 2 more floodings to the irrigation cycle since they like to eat at MOP.
Now, as soon as the room opens, the nostrils are treated to a spectacular fragrance that I can't quite describe... unique... intoxicating :P
The buds continue to stretch slightly and are starting to take shape and bulk up. As soon as you touch the flowers, everything gets sticky (last week there was zero smell and zero stickiness), fingers that you just can't stop sniffing.
Now the fun begins :) From what I remember, the last 28 days were something that left you amazed day by day.
We'll see how it goes now that the temperatures are lower in the room and no longer under HPS.
Cheers and happy growing, growers!

Alpinefarmer Hey everyone,
here we are again, it's been 8 days since the last update.
Today we reached day 40 of flowering, the buds have doubled in size and are already as hard as nuggets, filling with resin day by day and scenting the whole room with citrus.
In the past few days, I had an over-fertilization issue; after my initial analysis, I think it's a buildup of stagnant nutrients from the AN fertilizers I added to my usual feeding because I wanted to take a risk and see if there would be any improvements.
Since the last post, the plants started showing signs of excessive fertilization. In the reservoir, the EC was 2.4, and starting from day 35, I had an increase in EC of 0.3-0.4 every 24 hours, which I adjusted by adding water to bring it back to a value of 2.4 and raising the pH to 6 to see if the plants could better metabolize the excess nutrients, thinking they could handle it since I knew them and knew they could eat a lot. MISTAKE *****
On day 39, I intervened by changing the reservoir and putting in only water with pH=5.8, which I will change daily at least until day 41. Then I will go back to adding fertilizers but at a lower dose.
For now, I can say that the addition of AN fertilizers did not have the desired effects on the size of the buds. I can't notice any difference in the quantity and quality of the resin and its terpenes since the temperatures are currently relatively low and preserve all the terpenes well, which I attribute to their great aroma that, as mentioned, is intoxicating. I love closing my eyes and smelling the buds PURE AROMATHERAPY :P
I would even say for now that I overdid it with the products, and I also spent money unnecessarily creating a fertilization problem.

Alpinefarmer We are at day 47 of flowering, the buds continue to swell and smell more day by day, the buds and their calyxes are covered with a layer of resin rich in terpenes, the scent is refining and now, in my opinion, we've moved to a nice sweet and ripe melon smell.
The problem I had with the increase in EC in the tank due to nutrient buildup has been resolved by using only water with a pH of 6.0 for 3 days.
As you can see, I ignored doing any pest prevention even though in the 2nd week of flowering I noticed some larvae in the cube, but I thought they wouldn't be able to proliferate, so now I find myself with gnats sucking on the large fan leaves. Since we are almost at the end of the cycle, these little bugs don't bother me.
In the future, if necessary, I will adopt a systemic treatment starting from the clones to prevent this, and for fertilization, I will only use REMO+Voodoo Juice+ products.
Now let's see how it goes; I'm starting to lower the EC to 1.9 and we'll continue until at least day 56.
Cheers!
