DWC - Grandpa's Cookies (ETHOS) + Blueberry pancakes ( HSC )

Downundergrower First time documenting one of my grows. thought it might be a cool thing to share. Using RO water as the mains water is 0.8 (mS/cm). Coming to the end of week 1 of flower starting to notice the stretch in the cookies, where as for the blueberry pancakes I haven't noticed it as much.

Downundergrower Getting to the end of week 2 of flower day 10 - Grandpa's cookies is stretching and filling out nicely. where as the blueberry pancakes is not stretching out as much as I would like hopefully this changes over the next week. day 14 - At the end of week 2 the blueberry pancakes hasn't stretched out as much as I would have liked to have seen, there is a noticeable difference in the height compared to each other.

Downundergrower day 21 - both plants have had the undersides of them cleaned up and lightly defoliated and underlighting installed. The blueberry pancakes didn't end up stretching out much more and is still a lot shorter than the grandpas cookies.

Downundergrower week 4 flower The grandpas cookies is going great the stretch has stopped and she seems to be focusing on filling out now! already some frost coming through! the blueberry cupcake is coming along nicely, although she's a runt compared to the grandpas she seems to be filling out okay. day 33 - gave the blueberry and cookies a light defoliation to open up the canopy a bit.

Downundergrower Thanks for stopping by my diary! day 35 - Both the cookies and blueberry are both filling out nicely. day 37 - Turned on the humidifier as the outside humidity currently is 42% and tent was dropping down to 50%, bringing it back up to the 60% area. Averaging around 800 PPFD for both plants. Taking a couple of leaves off here and there that are blocking bud sites. Testing the underlighting out and it seems to be working as the bottom bud sites are swelling up!.

Downundergrower Week 6 Thanks for stopping by my diary! Day 42 - Start of week 6 Things are on cruise atm, everything is filling out and hopefully swells up a lot more over the next 3 weeks. will give them another light defoliation closer to the end of this week.

Downundergrower Week 7 Thanks for stopping by my diary! things have been on cruise control to the finish line this week both the strains have been filling out and swelling up. The grandpas cookies is looking stunning and the blueberry has filled out very nicely this week. I have upgraded the underlighting to a 200w Understorm from Hi-Par lighting -the underlighting has been a great help in filling out the bottom bud sites!

Downundergrower Week 8 Thanks for stopping by my Diary! Day 56 - Everything is looking good, slight fade on both plants as they are coming to the end. Day 58 - Defoliated the main water leaf's off both plants ready for harvest next week.

Downundergrower Week 9 / Harvest week Thanks for stopping by my diary! day 60 - checked trichomes, both seem to be around 10% amber mark , hard to get a photo of them through the microscope that I'm using. day 65 - both seem to be about that 10-20% amber stage so harvested on day 65 of flower. As summer has arrived where I live, reaching up around the 30-34C most days I have decided to hang the plants up whole rather than to break them down into branches, its going to be a challenge to keep the temp and humidity in that prefect slow drying range over the next 2 weeks but got to love a good challenge! Will post up harvest results in 2 weeks when dried / weighed / smoked

Downundergrower Thanks for taking a look at my diary The Grandpas cookies ended up yielding 335 grams. Currently placed into grove bags for a 3-4 weeks cure before the smoke test.
