Just transplanted from 1ltr to 5ltr pot, amazed at the rootball on this one! Hoping a sign of good things to come. Nearly as good as my Sherb Tree This is pheno finders Simple wedding cake S1 which won 1st place indica at the 2018 HTCC Found 2 lower leaves with brown spots so removed them and sprayed with fungus fighter as looked like leaf rust fungus ...or as pionted out could be the transplant into hot soil (batmix).

You sure you are not feeding anything? That or the soil is too hot, since the leaves are really dark green. That looks like tiny burns, I get those when I overfeed seedlings or when I feed too early. It might affect a couple of lower leaves, but all in all it is nothing to worry about.

@@Athos, thanks il watch it over next few days...took anthr look just now and the leaf below it is covered in those brown spots. Just hoping its not leaf rust fungus as it looks similar and that destroyed a friend if mines crop. If it was lightburn it would surely be the top leaves? But this has spread from one side only from the bottom upwards. Iv just sprayed with an organic fungus fighter just to be safe 🤞🏻

@@GoldenGreen, doesnt look like light or heat stress (or burn). It's probably the new soil, the plant will get used to it sin enough.

@@Athos, thanks for the quick response...no nutes but when you mentioned hotsoil it occured to me that ...i transplanted from plagron lightmix to batmix on tuesday so that could be it. I also have the plants pretty much inside the hood of my reflector so could it be light burn or do you think its the batmix being a hot soil?

These sort of spots can be from a multitude of scenarios.... Cold water feed, Pots on cold floor (root shock), Sudden PH fluctuation, CalMag..... If it continues to show up new then check those ideas I gave.

@Hellhazard, great minds think alike as iv raised them to stop their feet getting cold after Realising there was a temp difference of 10 degrees from bottom of tent to the top . Iv been scouring the net and iv found a grow with exact same markings due to to much N which makes perfect sense considering iv just transplanted into Batmix which is high in N. So it isnt to much to worry about as the plants should become accustomed to it in a short while as the veg more. Next grow i will mix the batmix with lightmix on the 1st pot up! 👍
