Working with surface spray in combination with 1ml aloe vera and 1ml rootjuice. Also used around 1ml lactate bacteria.

I would only remove the leaves that are touching the planter and soil. I find these are the ones that get diseased first from soil splash back if the water is a bit ruff.
Other then that I would leave it. I would also double check your hang height on your lights. inter node spacing looks a bit tight but could just be because its so thick.
