Mold on the plant stem

EN: Unfortunately, I have noticed that mold has started to grow on the stem of my plant. I have already searched the internet but couldn't find an explanation, maybe someone here knows more. The plant is outside and covered by a greenhouse, the main door is permanently open and I have a fan with it, so I don't think it can be due to a lack of ventilation. DE: Leider habe ich festgestellt, dass sich am Stamm meiner Pflanze Schimmel gebildet hat. Ich habe bereits das Internet durchsucht, konnte aber keine Erklärung finden, vielleicht weiß hier jemand mehr. Die Pflanze steht im Freien und ist durch ein Gewächshaus abgedeckt, die Haupttür ist ständig geöffnet und ich habe einen Ventilator dabei, also glaube ich nicht, dass es an mangelnder Belüftung liegen kann.
