looks good so far! At this stage I don't have many worries, but the time will come when I will have to transplant it into a bigger pot, and it will be the first time I do that. I've never planted a photoperiod before
Just been transplanted, let's see how it reacts. unfortunately I started it in a pot with soil reused from another plantation, and I notice problems with the calmag that I used to keep the soil moist when it wasn't in use.
I hope it gets better now with fresh soil 💚🌱
I just opened it more with Scrog Net. It will probably be the last week of vegetation for this girl, let's see how she behaves.
PS. Christmas is near, no one wants to offer me a new tent!? I'm already out of space 😅
one more week. I just placed one pot below the other to raise the plant because my lights are attached to the roof of the tent.💚
..and yes I know...the tent deserves to be cleaned well..😅
This plant seems to be doing well overall. After giving the soil a small flush to remove excess Cal-Mag and following up with a new watering to balance the nutrients, it appears to have stabilized and recovered slightly. The top buds are developing nicely, and I’ve been defoliating gradually and regularly to ensure the lower buds get better light exposure.
💚
There's nothing new to add for this plant; I'm just counting down the days until the finish. However, I can already notice a nice aroma coming from her 😌💚
The plant looks good for its final stage.
The top buds are well-developed, though the lower buds are a bit below expectations—probably because my lights aren’t quite enough for this photoperiod strain.
After all, I’m only running 180W. But overall, for a first attempt, I’m actually quite satisfied! Plus, I’m loving the colors of the buds—they have a beautiful soft purple 💜💚
According to the website, it takes 8 to 9 weeks to flower, and we’re now entering the eighth week, so I’m already counting down the days until I can chop this girl!
From now on, I’m only watering with plain water until the finish.
💚
My girl is just a few days away from harvest time! 💚💜
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Unfortunately, some buds developed mold… I’m not sure if it had already started before or if it developed during the two days of darkness.
Three top buds were affected, but the rest seems fine. I did a wet trim, placed them on the drying rack, and increased air circulation in the drying cabinet to prevent further issues.
The soil was still moist when I put the plant into darkness, which may have increased humidity inside the cabinet and contributed to the problem. Either way, this is a technique I won’t be using again. To be honest, I’ve never really noticed a significant difference between doing the two days of darkness before harvest or not..I think it’s more of a placebo effect.
We learn from our mistakes!
