Strawberry Cough - First Grow

Week 1 Germination 9/8/24 - 9/14/24 I picked up a super cool humidity dome and a cozy little heating mat from AC Infinity! I got my hands dirty planting seeds directly into the Happy Frog soil. With a few spritzes from my trusty spray bottle, I made sure the soil was nice and moist—oh, the life of a gardener! I popped the lid on my dome and gently closed the vents, treating my future seedlings to a perfect little sauna. Then, I set the heating mat to a cozy medium and dimmed the lights to level 1, giving my seeds the VIP treatment they deserve. Let the green magic begin! 🌱✨ Week 2 Germination 9/15/24 - 9/21/24 I was a bit concerned about how tall and leggy plants B and C were trying to become! I think they were just trying to reach new heights because I didn’t give them enough light in their cozy humidity dome. After reading up on it, I discovered a planting trick: you can give them a new start by burying those lengthy stems. So, on 9/17/24, just nine days into their grand adventure, I decided to move them into their forever home. They settled into the grow tent, nestled snugly in their 5-gallon fabric pots. I tucked half of their ambitious stems underground to curb their towering antics. Then, I adjusted the light, bringing it to 24 inches above them, and set it to a gentle 40% brightness. Of course, I gave them some refreshing water to welcome them to their new digs. Here’s hoping for some happy, healthy growth! 🌿🤞✨
