I Believe this is Week 2 of Flower NOT - Week 3 ?!?! Must have been medicated somewhere along the line here, besides that and the fact that I lost an entire branch trying to train her (got 7 clones off it though) - she looks fine This is my first time with cindy99, so not sure what to expect really but, she does have a really indica look to her, hoping I'll get a strong pheno or colorfull or something (if not, I have 3 more seeds lined up and waiting) Some time this week I will begin her on some BigBud from AdvanceNutes until next week

Bad luck, strange outcome. My own experience with it was great. I'd encourage you to tweak your setup and have another run at it. Looking at your photos, I think some more LST during veg and periodic defoliation would work wonders. That kind of fan leaf density can really affect your outcomes.
