Starfish Jr. 2018

Day 103 from seed. 6 weeks of flowering complete, planned for 9 weeks. This is the fourth plant of this unknown strain that I’ve grown. I suspect its a cheese variety as the resin smells fruity, musty, cheese. Like the two other indoor grows the leaves quickly yellowed and dried up. Its possible this plant needs a ton of nitrogen. Its possible the Alaksan Morbloom is killing the leaves. Its possible its the natural course for this strain. I am closely monitoring this plant, most quick flowering strains are 7-9 weeks. If it needs to be harvested unexpectedly next weekend I will. What small buds I do have seem really nice. I fed Wholesome brand organic black strap molasses this week. No evidence, just buying into the common internet anecdotes. I went with the common online measurement and felt it was too much as I got some iron toxicity burn. The leaves were already dying and yellowing at that point, and my other yellowed Starfish plants of old never got molasses only Morbloom. A Sour Jack variety in another current grow got Morbloom and molasses and did not turn yellow.
