Grow tent

Started Friday in there final set up, room is getting to warm with temps up to 85 easily. Will hopefully cool down with taller room and passive intake/fan. Will work nice for a clone/starter tent for now.

Been a very hit week. Outside temps up to 100. Watered a bit more, every other day. Tried to keep the soil slightly moist to increase humidity. Blue mystic is bigger at e.5 in. And bustier. White widow is smaller at 2.0 in. Both plants looking really good so far. Nutrients to start soon. Maybe start with a 1/4-1/2 dose.

They have been growing like crazy. Found a terrible fungus gnats problem within the last day or so. They were everywhere, could see them crawling all of the soil. Very common on the savant soil because of compost. I added one mosquito dunk (whole) into maybe 1.5 liters of water and saturated soil. This will hopefully kill the larvae in the soil. I unfortunately watered .5 liter each plant before I realized the gnat problem so I did a lot of mopping up drainage. Essentially a flush day for water I guess. Will try to space next watering out a week or so. Also added about 1 in of pumice rocks to top of soil and added sticky traps to kill and trap adults. Thinking of starting lite fertilizer next week. Also lowered t5 light down about 18 inches above plants which I think helped prevent stretch.

Applied about an inch of pumice to help with fungus gnats, have sticky traps running also. Still feel overwhelmed with them but it may be getting better. Haven't watered all week to dry out soil after soaking soil with mosquito dunks last week. Leaves on blue mystic were starting to heat curl. I watered 500ml each plant with 3 part nutrients. Also listed under leaves to help with the heat and low humidity we have been having. Scrubbed down the tent and lights with simple green, cleaned outside of soft pots also, saw some mold starting to form on outside. I cut off a few smaller lower leaves to prepare for either fim for scrog.
