Hemp is very resiliant, and you have a few weeks to go until the end. There are many possabilities for the second plant. I see no big problem , if the plant was overwatered one time.
Yes I am still at the beginning and was only overwatered once and since then I have increased airflow to help oxygen hit the soil and let it almost completely dry out before watering today with a ph of 6.0 and plants leaves are now straight out and looks normal after adding some plus c and cal mag. I’ll post some pictures of both plants tomorrow! Thank you for your help it is much appreciated!
@Ryze_zen,looking good! lower the calmag a little because it contains Nitrogen. the leaves are quite darkgreen. and the tips clawing alittle ( to much N)i woudl take half of it or nothing, because she looks healthy. from canna are single products avialable without nitrogen.

Iam not quite sure if thats what you asked for. Maybe give us more stuff to talk about it, ( pictures, datas and some written words
