Soak Mixture is a 0.25% Solution of Liquid Humic Acid, will Soak over night then be transfered to the paper towel until there is at least a 1 in tail. If you google the following you will see why i use liquid humic acid in my soak, Search for " Scientific Study on radish seeds from India using liquid humic acid". After an overnight soak seed was transfered to a paper towel moistened with the same germination liquid as the soak, within 2 days in the paper towel there was a 2.5 inch tail(sorry forgot to take a pic this is my first diary), and were planted in a tote with holes in the bottom that holds 10 actual gallons of soil.
Seed will be planted directly into the final container which hold 10 gallons of media. The media is 30% Perlite 70% peat Moss with Mycos and Beneficial Bacteria added.
11/2/2024 Seed has germinated and is in the soil, was hit with root stimulator seed starting nutes at a very low %.
Watering Daily with Filtered water that has Humic Acid Liquid in it and is pHed to 5.8.
No nutrients as of yet other than risudal nutrients in the soil from previous grows. Seedling is growing well and looking very healthy. I can tell already these are quality genetics. Seedling is 8 days old. Def a fast growing strain, One day made a HUGE difference in size and number of leaves. Please note, this is my first photo period plant, normally i grow autoflower plants.
Day one of week two of Veg, Nutrients are up to 50% of the final strength I will be using, Also added Lactic Acid Bacteria, home made Vitamin supplement and home made Cal-mag supplement along with Fermented plant Juice. My grow style is what I have Dubbed "Synthganic" combining both synthetic and organic inputs. So far she is looking beautiful and growing well.
Nutrient level has been moved up to 3/4 strength. 11/30/2024 Update: Added Home Mad Cal-mag, Homemade Vitamin Solution, Homemade LAB(Lactic Acid Bacteria), and Homemade Fermented plant Juice, I run what i like to call Synthganic, a combo of Organic and synthetic inputs.
Also Topped the Center Node in the middle to start the training.
Plant has been moved up to 100% Nutrient strength, Continuing with the Homemade vitamin,cal-mag,LAB(lactic acid bacteria) and Fermented plant juice. She is very lush and a beautiful shade of green, growing very well. I do plan to take some clones Off of this plant sometime next month when I defol the plant, she grows too well not to max my plant count with clones before flipping to flower. She has also been topped for the first time and there are multiple toppings left to go. This plant is going to end up with a 12-14 week veg periord as I also have some Autos growing in the same tent and the lights will not be flipped to 12/12 until those autos are harvested. This will also give me plenty of time to get some decent size clones in 1g pots to go along with the main plant.
Defolated today and turned some of the cutting waste into clones, Nutrient schedule continues the same, full strenght nutes with added LAB,Cal-mag,FPJ,And vitamin supplement. This will put me at max plant count until the grow is done.
Started LST training which is also doubling as HST since the branches were not soft and bendable easily, no breakge but some stems were damaged/ slightly crushed by installing the LST clips. Plan to retop again later on this week and do more LST as needed to flaten out the canopy. Will also Defol some more later this week to clean up the excessive fan leaves.
Was having a bit of an issue with some leaves, Looks like boron defiency to me, treated with Borax and Did a very heavy Defoliation to remove all damaged leaves, looked to be between 2% and 10% of the leaves. Pic of the condition above as well as before and after pics of the defol and training.
Giving her till week 9 before defoling and topping again. She is getting to be a huge bushy monster, with the most amazing stem rub smell of Citrus. I have added giving water loaded with algea once a week to the watering and feeding routine.
She got some more High Stress training and Some more topping yesterday. She is getting HUGH, I really need the 2 autos in the tent with her to hurry up and finish so I can finally flip her to flower she is getting a bit unruly. lol
She is doing well, Sometime this coming week she will likely get another Defol. My autos are nearly done so she should be flipped to flower soon within the next week or 2. I have Dubbed her "The Beast" Because she is just a MONSTER sized plant.
She is recovering well from her last defol, Depending on how bushy she gets, she may get 1 more defol, but as of now, the plan is to harvest the autos in the tent in about 2 weeks, and then flip to flower.
No trainning or defol this week, letting her fully recover from the HST, bent over and damaged a ton of tops on purpose last week. Nutrient levels staying the same as per bottle instructions. Continuing my home made additives, and have added Algae water to the additive list. All in all, I am really really really looking foward to flipping the lights to see how much she explodes in bloom, got ABOUT 7 days left on the autos before they get the chop, then I will flip the lights.
Finally got the Autos Done and Chopped down, so the lights have been offically switched to 12/12. Finally! Lights have also been Switched to the Bloom Spectrum.
