First grow, cheese auto - Canuk

xbgxbg Had a bit of adjustment to do with lamp height and it got somewhat leggy the first few days. Good thing I didn't sow them in the final container since I fixed the issue and could just bury it when repotting.

xbgxbg Repotted into a 3 gal airpot and buried the stem, switched to veg nutrients. Still not in my final grow room and without humidity control I had a really high VPD. The plant adapted well anyway. Reusing very old and depleted coco I pasteurized but did not bother rebuffering, so I'm adding extra calmag to my watering schedule. Watering bi-weekly. Old degraded substrate hold way too much water at this stage.

xbgxbg Did a bit of lst, tied it down. The humidity is dropping fast with the colder weather so I'll have to transfer it to a grow room where I can control the environment better.

xbgxbg Fixed the humidity problem. Getting a nice grow spurt and stigmas are starting to show.

xbgxbg It stretched like crazy during the week and got a bit of light damage. Made some adjustments and dumped a net on top of it. The strain is flexible! Maybe i got a bit too late to do proper scrogging but at least it spread it out a bit and make use of the whole area my lamp provides.

xbgxbg Still stretching a bit despite the light getting dangerously close to some branches. Lots of flowers developing. Watering 3 times a day now. I wasn't expecting autos to grow this big, I should have used a 5 gallon pot. Started to use pk boost as well. Lights are now on a 12/12 cycle, I hope it wont affect it much. I have photos in the same room and I don't want them to get too huge either.

xbgxbg Still no smell. Pompoms are multiplying and getting a bit of volume. Trichs started to appear on sugar leaves.

xbgxbg Plant growth has stopped. She's putting her energy in trich production and fattening the buds now. Foliage turned dark green and I'm getting some burned tips. Rookie mistake, I should have lowered the base nutes earlier. Went down from 10 ml/gal to 7.5 before it get worse. Will see if it improve in a couple days else I'm going to take it down to 5. I also switched the light. I took out my old 400w hps and gave the led to my photo plants who are almost done with their stretch. Been a stressful week for that plant who is probably around a month away from finish. Hope she'll recover fine!

xbgxbg Buds are bulking up. 2 more weeks? Maybe 3. Im lazy this week and took pics with HPS on.

xbgxbg Waiting for it to finish. All stigmas are brown now. Monitoring trichromes. 1-2 weeks left?

xbgxbg Trying to check trichs as much as I can with the magnification I have but right now I see no sign of amber. Will check again next week.

xbgxbg First experience drying, took about 10 week to dry and a whole day of trimming to get a bit over 7 onces. I guess thats pretty good for an auto. The cheese smell is real!!
