Xpie77 Report on the third week of flowering – Bubble Gum The third week of the flowering phase for Bubble Gum is a crucial period where the plants undergo significant development. 1. Plant Growth Flower Formation: The first signs of real buds become visible. The flower calyxes start to swell, and trichomes are developing. Stretch: The plants are still in their "stretch" phase. This is often the last moment they grow significantly in height. Make sure the distance to the lamp remains optimal to prevent burning. 2. Care and Nutrition Nutrient Schedule: Phosphorus and potassium-rich nutrients (PK boosters) become more important to support flower development. Keep nitrogen balanced; too much can slow down flowering. pH Levels: Keep the pH of the nutrient water around 6.0 for optimal absorption. Watering: Water regularly, but avoid overwatering. 3. Light and Temperature Light Cycle: Keep the cycle at 12/12 hours. Check for any light leaks during the dark period. Temperature and Humidity: Day: 22-26°C. Night: 18-21°C. Humidity: 40-50%. Too high humidity can cause mold formation. 4. Control and Monitoring Trichomes: Start monitoring the development of trichomes. The buds will start to glisten more as they mature. Pests and Mold: Regularly inspect the plants for signs of pests, such as spider mites or powdery mildew. Air Circulation: Ensure good ventilation to avoid hotspots. Results of the Third Week The buds of Bubble Gum should now be gaining more volume, and the characteristic fruity aromas are beginning to develop. This is the moment when the genetic qualities of the strain truly come to the forefront.

Xpie77 Grow Diary Bubblegum – Week 10 Phase: Flowering Days Since Germination: 70 days General Observations The Bubblegum plants are now in week 6 of the flowering phase. The buds are firm, well-developed, and starting to emit an intensely sweet, fruity aroma characteristic of this strain. Resin production has significantly increased; the buds are sparkling with trichomes, which is a good sign for potency. The color of the leaves is slowly beginning to change, with some fan leaves showing slight discoloration, which is normal in this phase of flowering. --- Environmental Conditions Daytime Temperature: 24-26 °C Nighttime Temperature: 18-20 °C Relative Humidity: 40-45% (controlled to prevent mold formation) Lighting: 12/12 light schedule, 450W LED lamp at 40 cm distance. Humidity has slightly decreased over the past week to minimize the risk of mold and bud rot, given the dense structure of the buds. Ventilation has been increased with an additional clip fan to ensure good air circulation between the plants. --- Watering and Nutrition Watering: 2 liters per plant every 2-3 days. Water pH: 6.2. Nutrient EC: 1.8 mS/cm. Nutrient Schedule Week 10: Bloom A&B: 2 ml/liter PK Booster: 1.5 ml/liter Enzymes: 1 ml/liter CalMag: 0.5 ml/liter The PK booster will still be used this week to further swell the buds. Starting from week 11, flushing will begin to remove excess nutrients from the plant. --- Bud Development The buds have significantly increased in size this week and feel compact. The trichomes are mostly milky with some clear heads, indicating that the plant still needs another week or two for optimal ripeness. The smell is strong and reminiscent of gum and sweet fruit. --- Issues or Notables Discoloration: Some lower leaves show yellowing edges, likely due to natural nitrogen breakdown in this late flowering phase. No action required. Mold Control: Regular inspections have been conducted, with no signs of mold or bud rot found. --- Planning for Next Week Start flushing (only water with a pH of 6.0-6.2). Inspect trichomes daily with a magnifying glass (minimum 60x magnification). Slightly reduce light intensity to prevent stress at the end of the cycle. --- The Bubblegum plants are in excellent health and on track for a successful harvest. It seems they need another one to two weeks before they are ready to be harvested...

Week 12. Harvest

Happy Harvest Day!
