lov3m3mor3 started in filtered water 11/9/24 4:00pm ish, covered and in closet; waxing gibbous moon in aquarius (good for sowing fruits, cereals and flowers). Gelato 41 germinated within 22 hours. goal to plant on thursday 11/14 waxing gibbous. Using ayurvedic sidereal moon calendar.
timeline:
- week 1: 11/16/24, fertilize at 1/8 or 1/4 dose, waning gibbous
- week 2: 11/23/24, last quarter moon in gibbous, fertilize at 1/8 or 1/4 recād dose to water
- week 3: 11/30/24, waning crescent in scorpio, leaf day, fertilizer at 1/4 recād dosage to water
- week 4: 12/7/24
- week 5: 12/14/24
- week 6: 12/21/24
- week 7: 12/28/24
- week 8: 1/5/25
- week 9: 1/12/25
- week 10: 1/9/25

lov3m3mor3 Ended up planting Gelato 41 during waxing gibbous moon in aquarius (sidereal) on 11.11.24. Morning of day two in the ground and she's surprise sprouted. Definitely expected this to take longer. Gelato 41 is in my makeshift "grow closet" (the bathroom closet with a grow light hanging from the bottom shelf) with Gorilla Sherbet and Banjo, which I predicted might take longer to get above the soil anyways. Might cover the walls in tinfoil after the first week to increase light exposure.
Planning on topping once the plant has 3-5 nodes to make more colas. Light currently two feet above plants. Defoliation will start once plant has multiple colas obscured by big leaves (as long as no pest issues arise). lov3m3mor3 got 3.5g dry off her. fruity and mellow. probably done with autoflowers. she had some lovely color the last week of growing.

@lov3m3mor3, she is right if this strain is what you have it labeled as it is not an auto flower.... You may have an auto flower, but if you do, it is not Atlas Seeds Gelato 41

@lov3m3mor3, upon some further research, you are correct that you do have an auto , but when you put the strain name in the gelato 41 you picked was of their photoperiod .. you just picked the wrong thing.That's why there was a confusing
