Some Nutrients aren't being absorbed or your not giving the micro nutes the plant needs like others have pointed out. Definitely nothing to do with the main nutes nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium or magnesium.

I would guess this is Fe or S based off new growth. but if it corrects in a days time I would not think about it to much.
You can pretend your a expert, bread barbershop, defoliate to hearts content, no matter how you shake it or try and justify it, one thing alllllllllllways remains true.
The cola I can't reach to defoliate, always, always, always, 100% of the time are bigger than ones I defoliate and tell myself I. Doing good.
I just stopped kidding myself after a while.
Plant is way smarter than we are, before a plant detaches a leaf it reallocates mobile nutrients within that leaf. Its Just waste of time and energy and reduces total capacity for photon capture. As soon as a plant detects a leaf is using more resources to stay alive than it produces it will self terminate, turn yellow and fall off.
Just my experience with it.
From personal experience I have never defoliated and noticed the cola get bigger, its always 100% time smaller than the cola I cant reach to defoliate. Whatever magic I manage to convince myself im helping by defoliating has been just ego to make me feel like im doing something useful.
What is nice and looks esthetic for human eye - NEVER works for plants.

Plant have hierarchy in leaves and prioritize top ones for photosynthesis , bottom ones works more like storage, despite still producing energy for plants.

More than likely genetics. Light could have been a factor, too much or not enough, but I doubt it. The buds look covered in resins with no other deficiencies. Do a good background dig on what you want to grow and it’s expected outcome. From my experiences, every seed becomes its own phenotype no matter what you do to it.
Beautiful looking flowers, can see some solid milky color in the close up photos and maybe even a little amber. Only way to tell for sure is with a jewelers loop but they look super close! Plant is looking pretty green for its end of life, maybe would cut back on nutrients in the last couple weeks of flower.. or don’t, that bud is going to be fire no matter what
