Started 24 soak ( pure spring water) 11pm 2504 sank , 2502 float. At 8am both have sank

So seeds tested were 2502 and 2504. I tried 3 seeds of 2502 and couldnt get any to "take". The one 2504 broke ground on november 29th. Super slow no real growth for a bit but she looks like its taking off now.
