Purple Punch / Gorilla Glue #4 / Strawberry Dawg Pie Auto's

***UPDATE 11/23/24*** Started the germination process, all 3 should hopefully pop in the next 2 to 5 days, paper towel & ceramic plates at a PH of 5.8! Put a stem to the side of the plate so I don't lose track of which order they are in ! Strains are: Purple Punch (Auto) Gorilla Glue #4 (Auto) Strawberry Dawg Pie (Auto) A couple freebies when I grabbed these, is always appreciated :) Ended up with an extra Strawberry Dawg Pie & 2 Cookie Puncher Auto's! Only have room for 3 in this space but will be sure to try the Cookie Puncher next run! Ordered autoflower specific base nutrients from Cronk Nutrients! Should hopefully have them within the week! Will be running Bonnie & Clyde alongside Cronks CalMag, Sticky Bandit, Monkey Juice, Armadillo Armour & Bud Booster! ***UPDATE 11/25/24*** 2/3 seeds have already germinated am just waiting on the Gorilla Glue #4 ! - Cleaned & vacuumed my area - Set up light, ventilatation & wall timer, adjusted light accordingly, 25% power (270 uMOL) - Printed & laminated labels for the air pots - Taped over the LED on the power bar The Purple Punch & Strawberry Dawg Pie are in the dirt, gave each of them a little bit of water at a PH of 5.9 There is a chance these ones could herm due to light leak unfortunately... Opening to the closet is only covered with a curtain I pinned up & it does not sit flush to the floor which leaves room for light leak... Am gonna try & rig something up but might just go ahead & grab a new 2x4 tent on Black Friday! Currently have everything suspended from an old 2x4 frame I lost the reflective shell for... Am also gonna look into a small humidifier/dehumidifier I could go 24/0 but want to keep these on a 20/4 schedule regardless of the setup... When the lights shut off, the stomata on the leaves close which creates a reversal of the pressure gradient meaning the water from the roots is no longer flowing up like it is when the stomata are open, when they close, what ends up happening is the roots can secrete organic acids & all the biproducts of photosynthesis during the day back out into the rhizosphere (1mm to 2mm away from the root hairs), the secretion of the root exudates attracts the microbes/fungi & that's really where the plant can kinda modulate it's relationship with those micro organisms to help optimize the chemistry of whatever is going on ***UPDATE 11/26/24*** Is looking like the Gorilla Glue #4 might not germinate so I put another one in the ceramic dome with wet paper towel ! ***UPDATE 11/27/24*** The second Gorilla Glue #4 germinated in roughly 24 hrs! Dropped it in the dirt & gave all 3 plants a little bit of water at a PH of 5.8 ***UPDATE 11/28/24*** The Strawberry Dawg Pie is now above soil am just waiting on the other two plants before I start week 1! Probably gonna need a small humidifier for this space RH is very low atm! Nutrient arrived yesterday shall start using them after week 1 veg! ***UPDATE 11/29/24*** The Purple Punch is now above soil just waiting on the Gorilla Glue #4 to surface before starting week 1 veg! Went ahead & grabbed a 2x4x6 tent + humidifier & a couple of clip fans in order to create a better environment for these plants, everything should be here Sunday! The Strawberry Dawg Pie stretched a fair bit despite optimal light intensity ***UPDATE 12/01/24*** The Gorilla Glue #4 is now above soil! Gave all 3 plants roughly 250ml of dechlorinated tap water at a PH of 5.9 Gonna set up the new 2x4 tent, humidifier & clip fans tomorrow afternoon + start week 1 veg!
