This was my first grow ever. From archive.
The Tora Bora is a peaceful meeting of a pure Pakistani and a pure Afghani! This cross is a mix of two legendary strains; the LA known for a slow veg, modest yield, and Great Powerful flavor; and, the X-18 known for stretching in the first month only to slow down and finish pungent and blueish with her buds dense and rock hard.
The mix of the two provides a quick vegging, early finishing strain having dark green buds with blueish rock hard nugs incrusted in crystals. Average yields for the Tora Bora make her a great plant for small as well as large gardens. LA & X18 are strong medical herbs and both have a history of relieving pain and helping patients with insomnia. Altogether, the Tora Bora is the knock out!! A must for any one who considers themselves a heavy or high tolerant smoker! P.S. was tasty but has no power.
Flowering Period: 8 - 9 Weeks
Yield: 400-500g/m2
Nutes: GHE Flora Nova (gr,bloom), bio roots, bio bloom, mineral magic, ripen, Mg, canna PK13/14.
Lack of potency. In this run I did not have calmag, silicablast, mycos and other stuff, also it was my first(and may be last) grow in soil. Those mites came from nowhere, partied on the plant till the end. It was 1 of 6 fem, hope 5 another will be stronger phenos. Thx DNA for greate genetics 😎👍🏽
Shame about the potency on this and Zurple P. Bit of a pisser after all the effort. Out of interest which of this & ZP was "easier" to grow. All the best for your next run
@skidmarx, reason why I chose TB is because of stories how people fall asleep in strong indica stone. But, plant had deficiencies, spider mites, and only one 4000k light...🤷♂️🏼 about ZP - found in internet thc lvls- 18-27%, hope after proper drying and curing it will be on point.
Hard to say. TB was soil grown with no skills, and for long time I couldn’t get what the problem with leafs(mites). May be I’ll do one more run on TB, 5 seeds left 😎. ZP was grown in coco with mycos, bacteria, superthrive, a lot of root aeration, and best diodes for this time (no pests allowed). Main issue here was lack of space and hot temp, but it was frosty AF❄️Hope to get nice amount of bud. Zurple and Tora will be in next HPS run✨
