Hello, green enthusiasts! Day 22 of my growing diary brought a surprise - my plants decided to throw themselves a spa day at 89.6°F! Imagine: it's 10.4°F outside, 57.2°F in the room, but my grow box turned into a tropical resort!
🌡️ After some detective work, I discovered that ventilation and relay decided to take a day off. Thanks to an experienced grower from the forum for recommending the Photone app - now I'm adjusting lighting by PPFD like a pro, not just eyeballing it.
🔧 Technical details for the curious minds:
Light fixture lowered to 8 inches above plants
Brightness increased by 30%
Humidity brought to a cozy 60%
Temporarily switched to misting instead of watering
💭 Funny enough, my plants reminded me of teenagers - they also tend to "slow down" and refuse to grow when it's too hot!

Первый - сильно увеличился в росте, до 11 см дорос. Второй тормозит из-за жары - в помещении бывает +20 (когда за окном около -5) - в таком графике вентиляция не справляется. Перевел на 18/6 световой режим и увидел рост.
Гровер с другого форума говорил, что автоцветущие сорта могут расти при 24/0. Могут, но тормозят в росте. Больше никогда так не буду делать.
День 29 - Начал растягивать одно растение
День 31 - первый куст чувствует себя неплохо, только мелковат вышел - 15 см в высоту всего. Сегодня увидел, что он зацвел - на макушке появилась шишка. Надеюсь, вытянется еще хотя бы вдвое в высоту.
Второй чувствует себя не очень для 31го дня - видимо тепловой шок затормозил его сильно. Подумал перенести его обратно в мелкий стакан 0,5 литра - а он глубоко корнем в почву ушел. Оставил в этом горшке - вдруг очнется. Мелочь - а приятно же! :)
День 34 - становится понятно, что второй куст не пойдет в рост - в размерах не изменился. Первый на 1 см в день растет примерно в высоту, скоро снова пригибать
День 38 - оставил одно растение. Второе не подавало признаков развития неделю или две - срезал его.
Единственное растение хорошо растет вширь и показало небольшие шишечки. Будет несколько одинаково мощных точек роста, еще месяц - полтора постоит на цветении. Поливаю только водой, остальное есть в почве.
День 40 - минимум удобрений, в основном вода на осмосе. Надеюсь, возьмут все из почвы - туда добавлял комплексное удобрение в гранулах, оно медленного разложения
День 45
Растение активно цветет, бутоны укрепляются. Увеличились, сейчас диаметр примерно 1 см.
Поливаю только водой из пульверизатора и из бутылки под корень.
Увидел пожелтевший большой лопух у корня. Это дефицит фосфора или калия на середине цветения? (дополнено - мне ответил на вопрос более опытный гровер - возможно блокировка Калия)
День 50 - растение продолжает цвести, бутоны крепчают и увеличиваются в высоту. Уже около 2-3 см. Надеюсь, удастся выдержать цветение еще дней 30, чтобы собрать с колы хотя бы по 5 грамм сухого веса.
Поливаю только водой, два дня назад проливал водой из пол крана до слива в дренаж 2-3 литра воды. Это подсказал растениевод с форума как решение проблемы пожелтения листьев от блокировки K. Срезал лопухи, которые желтели. Вчера снял канцелярские резинки, которые растягивали растение по горшку.
The big burdock at the root started to turn yellow a couple of days ago, the tip is drying and bending. This is a deficiency of phosphorus and potassium on the 45th day from the nut (7th week) - or am I wrong? How to fix it?
So my thoughts: tips of the upper leaves are curled downwards (clawing), leaves are glossy, dark green, shiny, some tips are burned, all indicates Nutrient toxicity.
And i bet you are thinking "wtf, how can it be a toxicity, i can clearly see a deficiency " and you're right. The problem is you probably hammered in SO much nutrients the plant just can't uptake anything anymore.
imagine, as the gates of the plant are SO crowded with soooo many people, nobody can move in, or at all.
Whatever you do, more fertilizer is not the answer you are looking for. I would guess too much fertilizer o r very, very wrong pH. I can't tell what it is but it's probably the first.
Only thing you can do is flush the pot. until you have like 1-3L run off (depends on how big the pot is), to wash out all the salts. best thing if you can flush with pH water pH 6 should be fine for soil, demineralized water usually got a pH of 6 (if you live in europe otherwise idk) if you have nothing else.

День 58: первый харвест.
Сегодня понял, что ждать больше не могу, 8 неделя подходит к концу. Сорт от семени растет 8-11 недель. Поэтому сегодня первый харвест - срезал центральную колу и пару соседних ветвей, которые отцвели. 7-10 дней сушки - и первые цветы готовы!
Оставил неколько веток для еще нескольких дней цветения.
Неделя 9 - растение хорошо созрело, осталось мало белыъ трихом. Поэтому вторую часть тоже срубил и отправил на сушку в температуре +26 в камеру с угольным фильтром
