Kommt vermutlich auf die Heizmatte an… meine Erfahrung mit einer kleinen Heizmatte zur Anzucht, hilft teilweise. Bei photos wo ich im Wasserglas keinen lasse und im 0,5l Topf starte hilft das, aktuell bei Autos im 11l starttopf hat die Heizmatte garnichts gebracht weil die Wärme nicht oben ankommt wo der Samen liegt. Ich würde aber einfach die Lampe mehr aufdrehen und dann den Abstand so erhöhen das die Ppfd Werte wieder passen. Dann wird’s auch wärmer im Raum.💛🏼

It also depends on how cold it is. Right now, the pots are on the ground and giving off so much heat, I would just raise them up for now and see how it goes. A heating mat under the plants works too, but it’s a lot of work to make sure it doesn’t get too hot and that you don’t end up harming the plants. Beyond using them for germination, heat mats aren't necessary. Think about it, if you dig a hole outside and feel the soil it's generally a bit cooler than at the surface due to the insulative qualities of the ground. If you're growing in a cool room, I'd suggest considering using an HID style light. LEDs are fine to use in a warmer space but don't perform as well in cold temps. HID lights are older technology but was really the gold standard for growing until about the last decade when LED performance finally started to catch up. The HID light will help warm your space without having a add heaters, etc. I grow in a cold basement and have decided to go that route myself. My IPower 600w should actually be arriving today. =)
