40-60 tablespoons earth worm castings
5 tablespoons Gaia green 444
5 tablespoons Gaia green 284
2 tablespoons Gaia green rock phosphate
2 tablespoons alfalfa meal (Down to Earth)
3-4 tablespoons kelp meal (down to Earth)
5 tablespoons blackstrap organic molasses (unsulfered )
