This plant is very simple to grow, requires low maintenance and gives back some of the best bud i have vaped. The strain gorilla glue when harvested has dense buds and a large yield that will make any grower happy with the end result.
Very easy to harvest, amazing smell and heavy weight. Will definitely be growing this strain again in the near future. Best curing time, please advise?
@YetiGrowth, oh already harvested. Great! I thought you will try to reach week 13-14.
Just a question because of my interesting: Have you spotted amber trichomes on your buds? My question ist, because i never spotted amber trichomes on my last gorilla glue grow last year, and i waited 15 weeks, but the trichomes didn’t change to amber colour. So i am wondering, if this is maybe normal with this strain, that no amber trichomes will apear.
@DaveG, Thank you for the comment Rattus, i just harvested this plant this last weekend, the yield was impressive. The strain makes amazing rosin press material if you into that. Got some minor nute burn but honestly no yellow leaves are all because of fat boy nutes.
I commented on your other diary also, but I think some cal mag would improve both of your plants. I would recommend adding a calmag supplement to your regular feeding schedule. Good luck!
@Wicked_Stix, Thank you for the comment, im going to take every bit of your advice, feel free to comment in the future, everything helps! :) Going to check your grows out now!
@YetiGrowth, I still learn something every grow myself. Cal and mag deficiencies are the most common. If you look at the leaves on your other plant see how they were yellowing in between the veins but the veins were still green. This is always the first sign of mag deficiency. It will usually start on the older leaves. With cal deficiency it will start with small rust colored spots and blotchy looking colors spread through the leaf. I just added a pic of calcium deficiency on one of my leaves to my fastbuds diary. Good luck on the rest of your grow!
@Wicked_Stix, you are absolutely right, thats exactly what was wrong, so i added calmag and things are looking much better. How did you know this was the deficiency? Please tell me so i can learn from you? Thank you so much!!!
Stretching is evident, moved light source from 700mm to 450mm in week 2 to this adjustment was done. The grow light have veg and bloom switches, in week 1 the bloom switch was on and this caused stretching at 700mm height. In week 2 i lowered the light to 450mm and switched on both bloom and veg switches.
