AMG Haze [Kera Seeds Amnesia Mac Ganja]

so far so good, all 3 AMG seeds have germinated and are in their first small pots right now, ready to break ground! I also germinated another seed so the tent will be filled equally.. Dinafem cheese.. Amg should grow like an Indica but taste like haze, pretty nice hybrid strain that has a few awards and cheese is mostly Indica so I'm very curious what the difference in growth will be between those 2 strains

The humidity in my tent is very low.. I am going to build a humidifier which hopefully will raise the RH to atleast 50%.. I shall add some pics of it when it's finished.

I waited a bit too long with repotting.. They were all root bound.. The rhizotonic did its job for sure! I transplanted all of them in 25L pots on day 21 just before the lights went out.. I mixed universal potting soil with some coco and some leftover perlite.. Nice and airy for the roots to grow in.. The universal potting soil has some nutrients but not specifically for growing cannabis.. I'll see how they'll react and wait with adding extra nutrients until they really need it.. Only thing I'm adding is rhizotonic right now

So far so good, hopefully she'll start growing again quickly.. The lights are perfect for vegging but I want to order 1 or 2 more of the viparspectra 300 and I am thinking about combining LED with hps

It looks like they're growing a bit harder again after repotting them.. Finally! You can definitely see the difference between the cheese and the amg haze, Indica VS sativa.. I could not resist myself and germinated a blue diesel auto seed that I had still laying around from last year.. Also the sweet n sour from mephisto ended up between some kitchen towels and is still germinating as I'm writing this😁😅 - so mephistos sweet n sour germinated fast en is already in some soil.. I'm still waiting on the blue diesel to pop up but it's been 8 days so I think I'll dig it out of the soil and put a new one in there.. I germinated 2 more auto's (bubble gumball and a freebie from mephisto, sour stomper x fantasmo express

Wow, I'm very pleased with the amg strain, they grow really fast like expected but are also very bushy, I topped them all above the 6th node and they bounced back very nice with a lot of new branches.. I'm just patiently waiting for those to get big enough so I can top those branches and let them grow for another week before I switch to 12/12.. Im still feeding with biorhizotonic only, the soil should have enough nutrients left for about 2 weeks.. The leafs have a nice dark green color! I'll try to take some pictures in regular lighting next time, but those pots are kinda heavy😝

Almost ready to top the side branches.. I'll let them grow for a few more days.. The cheese was not growing straight so I tied her up a bit.. I also cut away some of the leafs on the bottom half of the plants for some decent airflow.. As you might have noticed I also removed my humidifier because the plants are now big enough to keep the RH at 45% I trained the plants a little to let some more light on some of the lower branches so they can catch up with the higher ones before I start flowering

The ladies have been steadily growing after I cut some of the lower secondary branches and fanleafs to open them up a bit for some decent ventilation.. I also bent most of the branches so they don't block each other.. I tied the top branches down a bit more to allow the lower branches to catch up a little bit more. From now on I will be switching lightschedule half an hour everyday until I am on a 12/12 schedule. Unfortunately I had to remove the sweet n sour autoflower because it was male, but the other 3 arendoing great, they are all showing sex and I expect they'll start flowering very soon..

Unfortunately I did not have much time last week to take a lot of pictures, the lights were already out when I came home most of the time and I don't want to disturb them in the dark period too much.. I have tied down a few branches that were sticking out above the rest and currently am on a 15/9 lightschedule, still changing (almost😅) every day.. I am feeding once every 3 days, The other days I'll give them plain tap water

Been very busy with work but tried to take a few pics everyday. I saw a few tips started to burn so I cut back on the nutes and I'm giving plain tapwater only.. I guess there are still enough nutrients left in the soil.. They are still growing steadily and I have lollilopped the girls little a little bit. Had some of the girls outside for a couple of hours so I could clean up the tent a bit.. Only 2 of the big plants and all 3 autos went outside for some fresh air and some sunlight, so it was time to take some pics in natural light. I added some insulation (a couple layers of bubbly foil) around the tube fan and the flexible tubes because the sound was getting very annoying and kept me awake at night.. I will have to buy a softbox but I don't have the money for that right now.. this will do for now, it's a lot quiter for sure and I can finally sleep trough the night again! Tents are great and all but they dont have any form of sound insulation so keep that in mind when you place your tent in your bedroom...

Flowering has started on the plants, the cheese was a bit quicker to show preflowers but the amg girls only took 2 days longer.. They did stretch like crazy, I really underestimated that.. I decided to hang my hps back into the tent and do a comparison.. I have 2 led light which use about 260w and I am using a 400w hps bulb that is dimmed to 250w. I will turn it too 400w (100%) when it's week 4/5 of flowering.. I bought some plastic trays to place underneath my pots so I can give water & nutes from the bottom so it won't get so messy on the tent floor anymore😁

Holy crap the amg girls stretched a lot, especially the ones that are under the hps.. Could be because I dimmed the 400w bulb to 250w, because the amg that's under the viparspectra led has not stretched as much as her 2 sisters under the hps. I am feeding them every other turn and some days I skip so the soil can dry a little. I am using trays underneath my pots now so I can feed them from the bottom, they seem to like that much better than feeding from top of the pot. I'm still very pleased and very curious how the tent will look in few weeks time, can't wait for those buds to fatten up💪🏻

And the stretching continues, wow😂 they're stretching so fast that the branches pulled themselves out of their training wires I have to adjust the reflector a few centimeters every couple days, while the amg underneath the led still is staying a lot shorter.. I only had to adjust that one once! I will tie up the longer branches so they cross each other and sort of switch sides.. I'll pull the longer branches from the plant in the back of the tent to the front and vice versa, so I can get an more even canopy and also allow more light to shine on the side of the branches instead of only from the top.. I'm very happy to see that the pistils are growing fast everywhere. The cheese is even starting to form some actual buds and is really starting to smell very strong.. I'm so happy I have a decent carbon filter😁
