Could be a bunch of things. First things first don't water to much and whats the ph of your water? Second thing does your soil have nutrients in it, if so it could be light nutrient burn because baby plants don't really need nutrients.

no I dont know the ph level and no nutrients has been added yet I'm a first time grower ha the plant seems to be sad
