Hello mate, looking your diary and your plants i think you might have an over-watering, during this phase the plant don't need too much water, look my new diaries to see how much water i gave during this stage. I would also avoid to feed them until you see the first adult leaves (3 tips). Try to reduce the amount of water the next time and wait until you feel the soil under 5-10cm dry with your finger if you haven't an humidity soil meter. Good luck and happy journey with your plants!!
