I harvested yesterday.
I want to show you a few pictures of my drying setup. Since I occasionally have the opportunity to try top shelf California weed, I decided to put as much effort as possible into getting the maximum quality out of my grow.
This started during the growth phase. I constantly checked that the temperature and humidity parameters were in the optimal range. I bought a PAR meter to determine the maximum amount of light in each phase. I fed the plants properly. I did experiments with CO2 bags, which were unsuccessful.
When it comes to drying and curing, I want to do it as well as possible. I dry in a small steel cabinet. As you can see in the pictures, the parameters are monitored. The humidity in the cabinet is double-checked. One thermostat monitors the interior, the second thermostat controls the room temperature via a heater and a fan.
I decided on the drying parameters 60% humidity and 16 degrees Celsius. I hope that this setup will give me a drying time of between 10-15 days. After that the butts are cured in herb guard auto cure jars. I look forward to receiving suggestions.
@TRPHAUS089, let me guess, are you from Munich?
. I would say it is sweet and lemony, definitely very strong. Even though I work with exhaust air outside, the whole garden house smells strongly of it.
