For this grow, I am comparing the results of using two different fabric pot shapes of the same size. One is a 3-gallon fabric short/wide (black), and the other is the same volume but narrow/tall (beige).
The amendments were mixed into the growing substrate and divided evenly across the fabric pots.
I plan to set the pots on a wicking system (simply ropes, grates, and buckets) and they will be butt-chugging as much fresh, clean, aerated water as they desire.
The seeds were germinated using paper-towel & baggie placed inside a heated seedling dome. Germination was near instant and these ladies were in a hurry to get dirty so I obliged them.
These ladies are in the pots with the Green Fuzzies on the handles 😎 .
That is an interesting experiment! I would think, that in the taller pot, the plant would need more time, to reach the bottom. So she should have a vegtime, that is a little bit longer.
Good luck my friend!
