Essentially what will happen is the roots are forming right now because you planted it in such a big pot right away the roots dont have a "wall" so instead of growing downward they are growing to the side and then downward . So for future grows its always best to start them in a small jiffy cup the ones that break down over time in soil and then once your plant starts to get a fair size which should happen quickly you can xplant the whole cup right into the soil with the plant and it will grow much much faster. I wouldnt worry too much your plant is fine and will explode in growth shortly. Last thing I might suggest is that you raise the temp of the water you are giving them anything below 20c and they start to think its fall and the plan starts to absorb less and less , this might also be the reason why your plant isnt growing as quickly as you would like so I would warm that water up a bit :) . But based on the pictures I see it looks like shes pushing for her next node so that indicates to me shes still growing ! Other then that she looks happy and healthy . I hope this information helps you on your journey ! -Happy Growing!
