Today Jan. 19/25 planted one 91 Grapes in a mix of coco coir perlite with 1 cup each of Ocean Forest and 1 of 3.1 living soil for future home of beneficial microbes. Tent conditions 83 degrees F. 40 percent humidity if I can keep it there. Expecting sprout by Thursday, Friday at the latest. So for now she is in pre natal care where I plan to her perfectly moist and warm. I am using a ceramic heater designed for keeping baby chicks warm, works perfectly for keeping my pot warm on the plant stand.
I will update as necessary.

Currently have the light at 22 inches above the pots as I have a light meter app on my phone. It really is pretty accurate. At that distance it reads between 350/400 ppfd which is what I believe seedlings like to thrive. I have noticed manufacturers recommend 18 inches for seedli
Manufacturers give legal advice so that no one can ever say their products caused damage to plants.
Phone apps don't read ppfd, they read lux and convert based on a algorithmic guesstimate.
Photone is the only plant light meter app on the App Store that is measuring accurately to my knowledge.
You must be compairing the ppfp map to the phone app to even come close to saying it is accurate but ur going against there recommendations is hypocritical and impossible to give an accurate answer dude. Like what's been said you will get a feel for it try weak light hight and turn up and lower according to how your plant likes it or not..

My guess: download Photone, google "cannabis DLI" and just adjust so it fits the current stage of growth. it's the easiest by far and you will develop an actual feeling for it instead of "well in this stage the lamp needs to be raised by 20cm on 80% power"
Also i go for DLI and not ppfd
